Terms and Conditions Consent:

Payment and refund terms and conditions: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) of this payment shall be *non-refundable under any circumstances. From the final payment date to 60 days prior to the event start date, the penalty is the standard $250 deposit amount. From 59 days prior to 30 days prior to event start date, the penalty is 50% of the total ticket price or the standard deposit amount, whichever is greater. From 29 up to the event start date, the penalty is 75% of the total ticket price or the standard deposit amount, whichever is greater. No refunds will be made if you do not show up or if you interrupt or cancel once the event has begun. However, in the event Paragon Super Camp must be canceled by TH Events LLC or Tony Horton due to force majeure, illness, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days from notice of cancellation.   Any refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial transaction will be refunded by check and may take up to 30 days.
