Why is Ninja part of the Paragon Experience? Because it’s intended to get everyone outside their comfort zone, no matter your fitness level. Stretching and testing your limits is how you GROW - both mentally and physically!
Ninja uses physical obstacles to overcome mental obstacles.
It's great for team building and the fun factor is through the roof!
It forges lasting bonds with like-minded people.
You'll dig down to find out what you're made of, and most importantly, what you're capable of.
A Sidenote from Tony: If you absolutely don't want to try ninja, you are welcome to skip it. It's only 3 hours of a 3-day event. There are plenty more opportunities for growth and learning in this awesome fun-filled experience.
I can honestly say that the Paragon Experience changed my life in ways I never imagined. Before attending, I was unknowingly setting limits on myself, especially as I got older. I used to think that certain physical activities were beyond my reach, but Paragon proved me wrong. I walked away from the experience with a new mindset—I no longer see limits in my physical or mental abilities. At 61, I feel stronger and more confident than ever, and that’s something I never thought I’d say at this stage in my life.
From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like part of a family. The warmth and support from Tony, Shawna, the trainers, and the entire Paragon community were incredible. Tony's guidance, in particular, was beyond anything I could have imagined. He didn’t just motivate me; he was physically there, lifting me up—literally and figuratively—during some of the toughest challenges like the peg board and parallel bars. When I said, "I can’t do this," Tony would look me in the eyes and say, "Yes, you can!" and guide me through exactly what I needed to do. It was like a surge of strength and energy flowed through me, and suddenly, I felt unstoppable. That energy carried me through the entire experience.
The friendships I made at Paragon are ones I know will last a lifetime. We are a group of like-minded individuals from around the world, all pushing ourselves and each other to go beyond what we thought possible. That sense of community, that constant encouragement, was exactly what I needed to break free from the limits I had unknowingly set for myself. Now, I have no limitations keeping me from being active with my grandkids. I’m the first to dive in. In fact, shortly after Paragon, I found myself swimming 100 yards out into the ocean with my son, hearing the trainers’ voices in my head telling me, "You can do this!" And I did.
The Paragon Experience completely changed my mindset. I approach life with a new level of mindfulness and confidence that I didn’t even realize was possible. I’ve stopped letting my age define what I can or cannot do. I truly forget I’m 61 now because, thanks to Tony and the Paragon community, I live my life without limitations. I truly believe everyone should give themselves the gift of this experience. It will go far beyond physical fitness—it will transform your entire outlook on life.
I have literally teared up at least 5 times since I left your house yesterday. You exceeded my hopes and wishes for how this experience was going to go. Your humor, focus, knowledge, and tenacity to do your best was a pleasure to see. Thank you for being so genuine. Listening to what we were saying. That doesn’t happen a lot anymore in the world. People usually just care about what they wanna say next. You have created an environment that makes everyone around you want to get better. Your friends/staff for the weekend are world class as well. I have a lot of great friends and that is so important. Most of the time though, we stay trapped in our worlds because it is comfortable and fail to take new relationships to the next level. I met 28+ awesome people this weekend and we all owe it to you. Thank you again for all that you do. Please let me know if you stop by in New Orleans. I know all the great stops!!!
I signed up to go to Tony's Paragon Experience because I had lost all sight of who I was. I am a stay at home mom to 3 young kids, which I also homeschool and take them to all their activities. I live for my kids and was going through all the motions each day, losing a little more of myself every day.
I was on the waitlist and figured I was doing ok, I don't need to go. I could spend that money on the kids. Then I got an email stating if I want to go, reply. My dad and husband urged me to say yes. I did.
Upon arriving at Tony's home with all other attendees, I felt nervous. But that quickly went away. I felt welcome and at home. Tony, Shawna, and the crew are like friends that you haven't seen in a while but once together again, you don't miss a beat.
The ninja course, martial arts, and yoga sessions were challenging and fun. The ninja course was a self-limiting belief squasher. Tony and the crew were there giving us tips and cheering us on. I couldn't NOT believe in myself. I climbed a 20 foot rope that never in a million years did I think I could. I did! I proved to myself - I got this!
All of those experiences rolled into the seminars on setting and reaching goals, nutrition, and more. If I can do the "impossible" rope climb/ninja course, I can achieve any goal I set! I learned how to break down a big goal into smaller goals to keep going forward. I learned it's ok to have a setback, to take time getting to a goal. It's not that you fail, it's how you get back up. It's ok if that goals change too. You keep moving forward and realize that's where you are supposed to go. I learned I need to take time for me so I can give my best to those around me.
I met some amazing people I still stay in touch with, a community of people helping me stay accountable. Most importantly I found me. I am a energetic, strong, fun beautiful woman who loves her family and friends. I make sure to find time each day for my "me" time.
My experience at Tony's Paragon Experience was eye opening. Putting the physical challenges along with mental challenges created an "I got this!" attitude that I embrace every day.
I attended Paragon in March and it was an eye opening, life changing experience. Tony, you and your team were absolutely incredible to work with, and some of the most kind, generous, and genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know. The bond with my fellow campers has been an invaluable bonus to my everyday world as well, something I didn’t necessarily anticipate, but am forever grateful for. The Paragon experience is nothing short of amazing and I encourage anyone to go do it.
Dear Shawna and Tony,
I’m back in Washington and I first must express my sincerely deep gratitude for what you did for all of us this weekend. I’ve worked my whole career with Senators and Cabinet officials and CEO’s but I’ve never “kinda geeked-out” like I fear I may have this weekend being with you. As silly as that felt at my age, maybe it’s forgivable to do so before someone who's had a more profound effect on positively changing millions of lives than most any of those people ever will. My respect for you is immense, and not just because of what you’ve done for me, but knowing that you’re driven to do it for as many people as you can possibly reach.
A thousand thank-you’s for the extraordinary gift you just gave to me. No moment felt wasted, and rather than producing an ephemeral high, it felt much more like a permanent ladder to the next level. Paragon is quite a ministry you’re performing on this Earth and I give thanks for both of you.
My name is Lou Pompili. I’m from Bucks County PA, and I was fortunate enough to attend (2) Paragons. If not for COVID, I would have attended as many as possible.
Paragon is an event like no other. Yes, the physical portion is fun and challenging. But you will leave with such an amazing new mindset that you will want to implement into your life right away. You will learn a different perspective on how to live the best version of you. You will be competing with no one except the person in the mirror, and you will become a better version of that person. Paragon gives you all the tools you'll need through the speakers and classes throughout the weekend.
You will also meet people from around the country that will become your new friends. It is inevitable. Through both of my paragon experiences, I have kept in touch with each and every one of the attendees from those weekends. It’s an amazing group of like-minded people with one goal in mind. That goal is to become a better version of you.
And the physical is so much fun. You will challenge yourself on scary things. They are scary because they are new and different. But you will have the support of everyone in attendance and all the master trainers. You will accomplish things you thought you could not accomplish. But more so, you will leap over fears that you will no longer have by the time you leave.
Be prepared to sweat, laugh, and have tears of joy with his amazing Paragon weekend. I could not recommend it more for anyone that wants to get in touch with a better version of themselves.
Enjoy, and be prepared to work on your mind, body, and soul. This weekend is LIFE CHANGING!!
P.S. the food is AMAZING!!!
You’ll hear that Paragon is a life-changing experience, and you might think that’s overblown. But 3 years later I still employ tools I learned at Paragon, regularly… like “the power of yes”. Learning to say yes has opened my life up to opportunities I could never have imagined. It’s been a blast, and it was a serious mindset shift that started at Paragon. I also learned to accept that I’m an athlete. Taking on that word as part of my identity has given me confidence to take on difficult things (like hiking Half Dome and learning to run (at age 56)). There was also a flood of great information from all the speakers – I took SO many notes… so bring a notebook!
I cherish the videos and pictures of me taking on the various challenges set before us. But they wouldn't mean much without the people surrounding me who cheered me on. The celebrations and encouragement after each person's turn were guttural and emotional. We all lifted each other up. It was a blessing to be surrounded by such an amazing group of people.
The more difficult thing to describe was actually the most impactful. I recognized the self-limiting beliefs that I had as I approached each one of the challenges, and I was given tools to combat them. For example, although I improved my time on my second attempt at the obstacle course, I was still disappointed because I recognized the small voice in my head the whole way telling me my limits ("You're tired, it's your second attempt - don't push it.”, “You might get injured if you try to jump that last plyo box.”, “Just use the lighter weighted bar this time, it's OK"). That is NOT the mindset of who I want to be, so that was my takeaway assignment. Paragon taught me all that, and more.
